Michael was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, fishing buddy, dive buddy ... a friend. He was a graduate of Irmo High School and served in the United States Air Force as an electronics technician. He served in Korea and flew a relief mission in Honduras . He designed and managed a sterilizer manufacturing facility for GE in Jupiter, FL when he was diagnosed with ALS.
