My father, Gayden Wells Morrill, U.S. Army Veteran died on July 4, 2012 from ALS in Williamsburg, VA. He was born and raised in Newburyport, MA, graduating from Newburyport High School in 1957. He went on to earn a B.S. in forestry from the University of Maine and a M.S. in administration from Central Michigan University. Following his service in the Army, he moved to Virginia and began a thirty-three year career of public service with the Federal Government. His was a life well lived; and is representative of the spirit of the millions of Veterans we support and serve every day.
