Nationwide

ALS Certified Centers & Clinics
Our multidisciplinary care model brings together a team of specially-trained health care professionals who can address the many needs of people living with ALS, allowing them to receive care from each discipline during a single visit.
ALS Insurance and Benefits Resource Line
Choosing insurance is a big decision and should be considered carefully based on your unique medical needs. The ALS Association partners with the Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) to provide The ALS Insurance and Benefits Resource Line, a source designed to provide individualized case management assistance for people living with ALS, their family members and caregivers.
Care Connection
The ALS Association Care Connection is a private online calendar that can be used to support the entire family by organizing volunteers to take care of some of the tasks that families describe as "falling through the cracks" after an ALS diagnosis.
Caregiver Education Certification Course
The ALS Caregiver Education Course addresses the physical and emotional impacts of ALS, interventions that may benefit a person living with ALS as well as those that may be harmful, the importance of safety and wellness for the person living with ALS and their caregivers, and strategies for care and resources to guide care decisions.
Educational Materials
We’re committed to providing you with quick, easy access to a variety of resources related to ALS – from fact sheets and publications to book recommendations and resource guides. We provide materials free of charge to help deal with the impact of ALS. 
My ALS Journey™ Tool
My ALS Journey™ is an interactive, web-based tool that allows people living with ALS to take control of their journey with the disease.
Support Groups
Our ALS support groups are designed with one thing in mind – enhancing quality of life and supporting families impacted by ALS regardless of where they live. Addressing the unique challenges the disease presents, they follow best practices and join people together who are dealing with similar difficult circumstances.
Virtual Home Modification and Safety Program
Home modification options and safety are key factors that support quality of life during a journey with ALS. Please contact your local care services staff for referral to this virtual assessment program.

Texas

Caregiver Program
The Caregiver Program provides caregivers with everything they need to be successful, including workshops, support groups, and connections to caregiver-specific resources.
Educational Workshops and Presentations
We create workshops and presentations designed to help you learn more about clinics, equipment, resources, and navigating the disease. We host a recurring series called Navigating ALS for newly diagnosed patients as well as caregiver and youth-specific workshops.
Equipment Loan Program
Equipment for people with ALS can be very expensive. Through the Equipment Loan Program, Texans with ALS have access to the equipment you need to stay mobile, communicate, and navigate everyday tasks safely. We provide equipment such as wheelchairs, speech-generating devices, and Hoyer lifts free to people with ALS, alleviating a financial burden.
Youth and Children Program
Through workshops, therapy groups, and children and youth-specific resources, we can help young people navigate the disease and support parents in caring for the emotional well-being of their children.
