Equipment Donation

Thank you for thinking of the ALS community with your equipment donation. Please understand that the ALS Association has fought long and hard to ensure that all people with ALS have access through their insurance to get customized equipment that meets their needs. However, we realize that there are people with ALS who are underinsured or do not have sufficient coverage such as those who live in long-term care facilities or those who have enrolled in hospice benefits.

The ALS Association accepts new and gently used donated Durable Medical Equipment (DME) from those registered with our chapter or their families.

If donating powered equipment, please be sure the batteries are in good condition and there is a usable charger.
