Transportation to the following collaborative clinics will be provided free of charge through the Transportation Program: 

• Allegheny Health Network ALS Center
• University of Pittsburgh Medical Center ALS Center
• Conemaugh Health System ALS Clinic
• UPMC Northshore Neurology

Transportation to other medical appointments within western Pennsylvania can also be arranged through this program.

This program is available to people living in these counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland.
