In-person and/or virtual home visits allow our highly skilled Care Cervices staff the opportunity to meet and/or further develop relationships with people living with ALS and their caregiver/partners. Our staff will assess your individual needs, field questions, provide education, information, and referral services, as well as offer emotional support. We can tour your home to help identify and troubleshoot current and future accessibility concerns. Home visits complement your medical care by helping transform clinic recommendations into reality in the home environment.
