These digital inclusion care grants are for technology (devices such as laptops and tablets), Internet network provider and technology setup/support. Grants will be provided directly to each person/family through a receipt-based reimbursement program. The goal of this program is to help people with ALS stay connected to telemedicine, email, support groups, and information.
