This program is intended to help defray costs for expenses related to medical equipment, respite, home modifications, communication technology and other items or services related to ALS. All requests are subject to the availability of funds. The goal for this program is to assist with the expense of increased cost living with ALS. There are no income guidelines. The annual grant is $600.
