Local Care Services


To be eligible for our local programs and services a person must register with us and have a diagnosis of ALS, PLS, or PMA and live in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

Caregiver support programs can provide in-home services to qualifying caregivers and their loved one. We have two programs in place to request these services depending upon location.

Minnesota Residents: Senator Tomassoni Caregiver Support Program

North Dakota and South Dakota: Norton Caregiver Respite Program


Our new Creative Pursuits Program is dedicated to finding unique and artistic spaces for those we serve to share their journey through a variety of artistic mediums and creative pursuits.

NEW: Senator Tomassoni Caregiver Support Program

Thanks to the tremendous efforts of the late Senator David Tomassoni, beginning November 1, caregivers of persons living with ALS in Minnesota may apply for financial support to assist in covering in-home care costs.

Midweek Meditation

Join others in the ALS community for a Midweek Meditation. This weekly meditation is designed so that you can come and go as you are able. Meditations will be guided and last approximately 10 minutes.
