To be eligible for our Chapter's programs and services a person must have a diagnosis of ALS, PLS, or PMA and live in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Midweek Meditation
Join others in the ALS community for a Midweek Meditation. This weekly meditation is designed so that you can come and go as you are able. Meditations will be guided and last approximately 10 minutes.
