Harriet Island Regional Park

Join us as we use our powers in the fight against ALS at The ALS Association SuperHero 5K/10K Dash. This family-friendly event attracts runners, casual walkers, children of all ages, supporters of the ALS community, and SuperHeroes of all sorts.

This distance-certified, chip-timed 5K/10K race starts at Harriet Island Park and trails along the Mississippi River. The SuperHero Dash directly benefits The ALS Association Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Chapter and our mission to discover treatments and a cure for ALS while serving, advocating for, and empowering people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.
