Dean stepped into the role of Chief Information Officer in September 2021, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from over three decades in technology and non-profit sectors. Joining the Association in 2019, Dean has been pivotal in leveraging data and information to enhance our operational efficiency and amplify our community impact. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping our approach to information management, ensuring that every bit of data serves to improve the quality and reach of our work.

Before his tenure with the Association, Dean held the position of Territorial Director of Donor Information Systems for The Salvation Army Southern Territory, where he also worked to align technology and data with mission-driven objectives.
