Each year, the ALS Association hosts and participates in numerous fundraising and information-based opportunities throughout Northern Ohio including events like Advocacy Day, the Walk to Defeat ALS, MLB's Lou Gehrig Day, and so much more. These activities create a multitude of tasks with which volunteers can assist. Tasks can include administrative work such as mailings, helping at various events, providing aid to families affected by ALS, advocating for legislation that impacts people living with ALS, or joining a committee to help plan events.
