Gabby Harrison joined The ALS Association in April 2011, holding various positions throughout her tenure. She began her time at the Association as the Database Manager, then became the Director of Finance. Gabby was promoted to the Director of Programs and Operations to lead the Care Services and Finance teams, before eventually becoming the Interim Executive Director of the Florida Chapter in 2018. In 2019, she joined the Home Office as the Director of Training and Support, helping to manage the organization’s migration to a new CRM. Most recently in 2023, Gabby became the Territory Administrator for the Southeast to direct the operations efforts of the region.

Gabby began her non-profit career in 2005, working in the Development department at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, facilitating more than thirty annual fundraising events to raise funds to provide shelter, veterinary, and TNR services for homeless pets in Hillsborough County, FL. In 2008, she joined the St. Joseph’s Hospitals Foundation’s Development team to support the fundraising efforts of four local hospitals to help provide the best healthcare services in the Tampa Bay community.

Gabby graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in English Literature and has lived in Tampa for almost 30 years. In her free time, Gabby enjoys spending time with her husband, Frank, her dog, Martha, and her family and friends. She also loves reading, traveling, and cooking.
