Upon your arrival at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate on Friday for our Family Reception at 6:00 p.m. or the symposium on Saturday at 8 a.m., you’ll receive a discounted parking rate of $15.00 for overnight and $10.00 for the day.

To receive the discounted room rate as a Hope and Help Symposium attendee – your room reservation must be made by Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 5pm ET.
ADA Room Booking Instructions
1. Click on the date(s) you wish to reserve.
2. After selecting the date(s), click the "Book" button.
3. Locate the menu at the top right of the screen.
4. In the menu, find the "Filter" tab.
5. Click on "Filter" to open the dropdown menu.
6. Within the dropdown menu, select "Accessible." It is located at the top left of the options.
7. Scroll down, and you will see a list of rooms that are ADA available.
8. Your search results will now display ADA-accessible rooms for your selected date(s).
