Brian D. Chappell lost his mother to ALS in 2004 and he was her primary caregiver for most of her time with the condition. He has been a volunteer for the ALS Association Florida Chapter since that time in various roles including the Jacksonville Walk to Defeat ALS committee, founding member of the NE Florida Regional Council and Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter. 

Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter with roles on the Development and Finance committees. He has been a guest speaker for The ALS Association National Office Care Services Webinars, internal conference calls for Chapter staff and the Connecting ALS podcast.

Professionally, Brian is a Wealth Advisor with UBS Financial Services, his practice is located in Jacksonville, FL and he works with clients in multiple states.  He helps individuals, companies and nonprofit entities create, implement and achieve their financial strategies.
