Avid runners, Elizabeth and Brooke took part in the 126th Boston Marathon in memory of their friend's beloved mother, Cheryl Alderman, who was a ray of sunshine to everyone she crossed paths with.

On November 20th, 2014, Cheryl's battle against ALS ended, but her beautiful smile and spirit continues to live on through her family and friends. The ALS Association Massachusetts Chapter played an instrumental role in Cheryl and her family's fight against ALS. That is why they continue to celebrate and remember Cheryl by raising funds to help relieve those living with ALS and their families battling this devastating disease.

The pair are honored to have completed the marathon for Cheryl, the Alderman family, and The ALS Association. Helping to fight this terrible disease has been their mission over the years, and they are grateful to everyone who helped them reach their goal.
