Cancellation Policy
There is a $250 cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded until May 17, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the badge (one time) to another person within the same company/institution before June 7, 2024.
What's Included?
Your ALS Nexus registration includes access to:
- The Welcome Reception starting at 6 PM on Sunday, July 14
- The Heroes Award Dinner at 5:30 PM on Monday, July 15
- All in-person conference sessions on July 15-17, 2024
