We offer a grant assistance program for home modifications, speech generating devices, power wheelchairs, or respite/home care that meets the needs of those living with ALS. This program is subject to the availability of funds.

This program is available to people living in these counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland.
