Those living with ALS, their families, friends, caregivers, and health care professionals can speak with specialized care services staff regarding many aspects of ALS care, available community resources, and services.

This program is available to people living in these counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland.
