The Hoffman ALS Financial Assistance Program
Grants for Individuals Living with ALS
The Hoffman ALS Financial Assistance Program provides grants up to $1,000 to help individuals with ALS overcome financial barriers to accessing multidisciplinary care. This grant can be used for direct expenses such as lost wages, transportation costs, lodging, and meals. If you are interested in this grant, please complete the interest form below.

Aim to Defeat ALS Houston
Aim to Defeat ALS is the ALS Association’s exclusive clay shoot event in Houston, TX. This event offers a compelling opportunity to unite in honor of Houston's ALS community and generate funds that further our mission to discover treatments and a cure for ALS and serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.

Aim to Defeat ALS Dallas
Join us for the 4th Annual Aim to Defeat ALS Dallas at the Dallas Gun Club! This will be a day of joy, laughter, and compassion as we join to raise funds to make ALS a livable disease. Shooting enthusiasts will participate in an afternoon clay shoot followed by cocktails, dinner, and awards at the Dallas Gun Club. Dinner-only tickets are available for those who don’t want to shoot but still want to support the fight against ALS.
