Colonel (Retired) Scott C. Johnson enlisted in the U.S. Army in January 1988, and was commissioned through Officer Candidate School in June 1988 as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Medically retired in July 2010 due to ALS/ Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Currently working as an independent advocate.
