I was diagnosed with ALS on February 27th 2017 at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. I was a PFC in the US ARMY. I did my Basic Training and AIT in 1986 at Ft. Leonardwood, Missouri. I achieved Honor Graduate of the Heavy Construction Equipment Course. I then went to Ft. Benning, Georgia and graduated for Jump School. I was Injured on a Jump in 1987 and after my Honorable Discharge in 1989, I was Granted 10% for my injuries by the VA. For my ALS a co-worker gave me a small pill one day in Dec 2016 which I believe has slowed my progress greatly. It works like the Drug "Radicava". Be Positive
