I served in the Army during Korea, teaching new recruits how to read & write. I went to Overbrook High School at the same time as Wilt Chamberlain & worked as head waiter at the Lower Merion Golf Club, where I met many amazing people, including waiting on the Queen of England back in 1976! I have lived 23 years with ALS. I still take my responsibility as a Veteran personally. Now I am at the Veterans Home in Spring City, PA and as the President here, I make sure to do all I can to advocate for everybody in our building, using my voice to get people the care they deserve.
