East Ramp Levels 1 & 2 are closest to TCF Rotunda.
MOA® has a system to help you find free parking spaces fast. Look for lights on each ramp floor: green lights represent open parking stall(s) and red represents full parking stall(s).
The Mall of America offers a controlled environment that benefits people with ALS, especially, but also helps to maximize the event’s capacity as we outgrew Lake Phalen in recent years.
For more details about MOA®’s Accessibility visit: Plan Your Trip > Accessibility
Accessible parking spaces are available on all levels in the east and west parking ramps and in the surface lots for oversized vehicles. Level 1 + Level 4 in the parking ramps have the most accessible parking spots available and you can access the Mall with no steps or elevator. All other levels require the use of steps or elevators to access the Mall.
All restrooms have wheelchair-accessible stalls. Companion/family restrooms are located on level 1 at the north, south, east and west entrances. Additionally, there are family/companion restrooms Levels 2 + 3, North.
The Mall of America has an extensive security program with onsite, highly trained personnel at our disposal. They take a holistic approach with bike patrol, K9 units, special ops plain clothes officers, a state-of-the-art dispatch center, Parental Escort Policy, crisis planning, and lockdown drills. We feel confident they will provide a safe environment that we couldn't previously control at Lake Phalen with our small security staff.
