The National Office of The Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association has been located at the above address since August of 2010. Please note that it had been previously located in Calabasas Hills, CA from from 1998 until the move to Arlington, VA.

Please note that from 1989 to October 1998, the National Office of The ALS Association was located in Woodland Hills, California. Prior to that date, The Association was located in Sherman Oaks, California.

If you are administering an estate gift that specifies either a Sherman Oaks or Woodland Hills, California, address, please change your records to reflect ALS's current address listed above.

One final note, The Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association incorporated in 1985. ALS was formed by the merger of two organizations - the ALS Society of America and the National ALS Foundation. An estate gift that specified either of these two previous organizations is a gift to The ALS Association.
