Robert O. Morris, is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering success through strategic organizational strategies. With a diverse background in managing cross-functional business operations and sustaining fruitful relationships, Robert possesses expertise in leadership development, public policy, advocacy, program implementation, and the formulation of efficient workflow processes. He excels in consulting with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing staff deployments, and maximizing productivity, efficiency, and growth. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Advocacy Southeast for The ALS Association, Robert leads the charge in advancing ALS advocacy efforts throughout the area. His commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those affected by ALS is unwavering, and he continues to champion the cause with dedication and passion.

Prior to his role with the ALS Association, Robert's illustrious career spanned over 25 years at the American Cancer Society (ACS). In various senior-level positions, including Senior Vice President, Health Initiatives Mid-South Division; Regional Vice President; Executive Vice President, Programs; Vice President, Advocacy; Senior Vice President, Development, he provided invaluable strategic insights and leadership direction to senior management professionals. Under his guidance, motivated teams achieved remarkable results, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and success. Educationally, Robert holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Health and Human Sciences, which have further strengthened his capabilities in shaping impactful initiatives.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Robert finds joy in his personal life. He shares his life with his beloved spouse, Joy Morris, and together they have two wonderful children, Emerson and Alden.
