Rachel Ramos joined the ALS Association in April 2022. Rachel has more than 22 years of nonprofit and leadership experience. Throughout her career, Rachel has successfully secured funding, worked closely with community stakeholders and stewarded corporate, major donor, and foundation relationships. 

Rachel, her husband, their two sons, and mini-dachshund Carlos enjoy camping, game nights, and binge-watching movies. Rachel brings a passion for building relationships, connecting with the community, and supporting her team as they accomplish their professional goals.
