We are thrilled to announce the second annual ALS Nexus will be happening August 11–14, 2025, at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, just outside Dallas.
Building on the inspiring conversations and groundbreaking collaborations from last year, ALS Nexus 2025 promises to be even more impactful. This is more than a conference; it’s a movement that unites the ALS community —people living with ALS, caregivers, advocates, researchers, and clinicians—to advance our mission and to change the trajectory of this disease.

Looking back: The spark of ALS Nexus 2024
The ALS Nexus 2024 conference brought together more than 500 in-person attendees and over 1,000 virtual participants. It was the first time ALS care, research, and advocacy leaders met alongside people living with ALS, their families, and caregivers to collectively chart the future of ALS.
We celebrated milestones, participated in meaningful events like the 10th anniversary of the Ice Bucket Challenge, and witnessed powerful messages of hope, resilience, and collaboration. As Mike Henry, a veteran diagnosed with ALS in 2020, shared:
“ALS is more livable now than in the past. Thanks to innovation and hard work in advancing research and multidisciplinary care. More than that, it gives me hope that progress will continue to grow exponentially.”
The connections made and ideas sparked during ALS Nexus 2024 proved that together, we can achieve remarkable progress.
