Making an impact is more than just meeting immediate needs; it’s about paving the way for transformative change. It’s about showing the ALS community that their voices are heard, their struggles are met with action, and their hope is not in vain.

By sharing the advancements we’ve achieved together, we not only celebrate how far we’ve come, but also inspire hope for the future—a future where ALS is no longer a death sentence or a part of anyone’s story.

From passionate advocates to determined researchers, from compassionate caregivers to generous donors—you are the heart of this important work. Together, we’re making a difference in the lives of people living with ALS and their families, and we’re proving that real progress is possible.

Across our mission, we’ve witnessed incredible strides in the fight against ALS in 2024. We’re excited to share some of the impactful achievements we’ve made this past year, all thanks to your support: 

• Accelerating Research: We supported 151 active research projects worldwide, including groundbreaking advances in assistive technologies and ALS drug development.
• Expanding Care: Our network of multidisciplinary ALS clinics grew to 232, ensuring more families receive the care they need. 
• Advocating for Change: We secured critical policy wins, including expanded home care for veterans with ALS and stronger protections for those traveling with mobility devices. 

It goes without saying, none of these accomplishments would be possible without you. We deeply appreciate the support, advocacy and collaboration of the ALS community and are grateful to all of you for joining us in the fight to end ALS. 

But there’s still much more work to be done, and we hope you will continue to help us reach our goal of making ALS livable until we can cure it.
