Support Groups

One of the best ways to cope with the challenges of living with ALS is to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. Led by professionals, our monthly support groups provide opportunities for attendees to share personal experiences and learn strategies for managing symptoms and preserving the independence and quality of life of both the person with ALS and their family members.

Support groups are offered in a variety of locations and are open to anyone affected by ALS. Specialized support groups are also offered to meet the unique needs of caregivers and people who are grieving the loss of a loved one to ALS.

Covid-19 Update: To help ensure the safety of you and your family, we will be offering support groups in-person and virtually.
