ALS affects the entire family with changes that can be challenging, stressful, and at times frightening. Talking about it sometimes helps, as does having useful information on what to expect and how to manage symptoms. A support group is an essential tool in helping patients, their caregivers, families, and friends live with ALS. Led by professionals, support groups provide opportunities for group members to share their personal experiences and to learn more about living with ALS. Meetings are free and open to all patients and their support teams.
Please note: Our virtual support groups will be held via Zoom. Please register with your Care Service Coordinator, who will provide meeting access information and agendas prior to each meeting.
If you are currently living with, or affected by ALS and do not have a Care Service Coordinator, please contact us at [email protected] or 800-664-1242.
Interested participants can register with their Care Service Coordinator for meeting access information or reach out to us at [email protected].
