My wife Angela was diagnosed with ALS in October 2021, the disease took her from us on August 20th 2022. For 10 months our two young daughters and I had to watch in vain as their mother suffered to the very end From this terrible disease. My wife was young when she died at age 42, and the thought that our two girls age 15, and 3, will grow up without their mothers guidance from starting kindergarten, to school prom, graduating from high school/college, to teaching them how to drive, or watching them get married and even becoming mothers themselves, is hard for me to bear. I know how all of you truly feel inside to have lost your husbands/wives, and the bond we all share together as we grieve, let’s me know I’m not alone. All of your stories I have read here tonight has brought me comfort, in knowing that every single one of you are strong for sharing you stories with us, and that help me to do the same. Thank you
